Desperate times.

They call for desperate measures.

Basically, right, I'm going to do a mass-prod when I get home.

Anyone who does not respond to that mass-prod within three days is modkilled, but still wins with their faction because this is a somewhat bitchy reason to modkill.

All subsequent prods will have the same three-day-or-modkill timer attached.

I will not be so relaxed with these prods.

Also stopped posting here because the entire site is effectively dead, save for this little thread.

I really did have a counter-argument planned, truly, but when I asked AcRv for a complete accusation, he posted the bare minimum giving me nothing to work with. Good work ruining the one chance I had left there, bud. It's quite impressive.

Anyway, I'm withdrawing my attention from this game, so y'all can go ahead and lynch me. At least I'll sleep well knowing that your logic was unsound.

... you're uncapable of reading something I said multiple times? And also, you posting in General Discussion shows that you were on site and perfectly capable of posting here.

The fact, which I said multiple times, is that you ignored Mizicho's scummy reaction and picked on a town reaction. Mizicho then flipped scum. You then put forward the possibilty that I'm being a suicidal scum. In the way that if I were scum I should have been counterclaimed of my former vig-ness, and so the lynch would be between the two of us, and if I survived I'd be lynched the nest day. Admittedly Vorsprung may have formerly been vig, but hey, do you honestly expect me to be psychic and know he wouldn't post anything much?

I do agree with AcRv in that Cracked has been... Erratic, to say the least.

But in all fairness, I don't have much of a sleight on the deal, considering I've said near to nothing and have only gone back and look at the last posts half-arsed-ed-ly.

In truth, this is all a bit of a yummy clusterfuck. But that can be a good thing, considering more posts generally means more cause and more evidence.

That being said, I haven't seen anything outrightly scummy said by anyone, but hey, if someone can enlighten me, then go for it. I find it's always best for people to state their case. It just leads to a logical outcome.

...So yeah. My scrotum is bleeding.

Well, you did get your votes in pre-deadline.

You lynched a Mafia Traitor.

I'll post his full role PM later, like Mizicho, there's a little more to his role than that.

I was amused that AcRv called Atlas out based on Atlas being linked with Mizicho despite the fact that Mizicho and Atlas were both unaware of each other's alignment.

In case you didn't guess by my talking freely about the game, Atlas was the last anti-town player. Town win.

I admit that I wasn't very happy with the set-up, there was potential for town to be screwed over hardcore if they mislynched day one.

I don't actually see any reason to talk in cyan anymore, but it is quite fun

I don't normally like to attribute scumcatches to luck, because it's too easy to do that when you yourself are caught, but in this case, AcRv pretty much stated outright that he was linking the two. Good work there.

Uh, I cbfd copy-pasting Cracked's role PM, but if my memory serves me, he was doc- and bulletproof- enabler.

Cowering was 1-shot-bulletproof doc, but he wasn't told when his bulletproof got used up to stop a kill.

This game was really hard to balance, because a mislynch followed by a nightkill gave scum a really high chance to autowin. However, with the PRs required to prevent this, town became nigh undefeatable if they managed to kill scum; hence the enablers. The doc continuing to operate after the mafia's killing power went away was awesome, because it gave town the ability to mistakenly semi-confirm the traitor; a traitor against four townies really needs that advantage.

There was still an issue with balance in which town mislynched and then the doc failed to save correctly, hence why there was a vengeful; if he thought that he knew who scum were, he could shoot to prevent it. It wasn't a perfect safeguard, but it was something.

It can range from anything to unpleasant roles such as the jester and unpleasant factions such as the cult, through to unexplained hidden mechanics and mods outright lying to the players.

'Bastard' is not synonymous with bad, despite what it may sound like; for example, this was just lulzy to play in.
